• Mouthpiece delivers a sweet taste to stimulate saliva formation
• Anatomically shaped to ensure an even pressure distribution
• Relatively strong position in the mouth for a good acceptance of the bit

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Description:

The Apple Mouth bit has a synthetic mouthpiece that gives off a subtle apple flavour when in contact with saliva. This stimulates the horse to produce more saliva, making it easier for the horse to accept the bit. At 15 mm, the mouthpiece is relatively narrow, making it well suited for horses that have less space in the mouth.

Product features:
This single jointed eggbutt snaffle has a synthetic mouthpiece with a metal core and stainless steel rings. Thanks to the combination of flexible plastic and high-quality stainless steel, the bits are stable, yet particularly soft and friendly. The plastic has a hardness of 90a and is FDA approved. This means that the material is free of solvents, contains no plasticisers and is also non-toxic. The anatomical design follows the shape of the horse's mouth, creating a gentle and even pressure distribution. The eggbutt snaffle has fixed cheek pieces, aids will therefore have a more direct effect. This type of bit is often easily accepted as it offers stability.

Dimensions:
Mouthpiece thickness: 15 mm
Rings diameter: 55mm
