Stübben Steeltec bits stand for high quality and have an exceptional finish so that the bits have no sharp edges which could injure the horse's mouth. Stübben bits have a great durability due to the materials used and the special production techniques reduce the running of the hinge joints of the bit.

Besides stainless steel Stübben also uses the material "Sweet Kupfer". Bits with a mouthpiece made of Sweet Kupfer are generally better accepted by the horse. As a result, the connection between the rider's hand and the horse's mouth is much more palatable. The solid copper compound (90% copper, 7% iron aluminium, nickel-free) has a great strength.
